Looking At Body Detoxification

January 7th, 2021

When looking at body detoxification, there are many things to look at and think about. Why do we need to use a detoxification program? What are we looking for? Do we need to undergo alcohol detoxification, drug detoxification, liver detoxification, colon detoxification, or natural mercury detoxification?

There are many reasons to have a natural detoxification program in place. We may even need to see a health practitioner for appropriate advice. In the case of alcohol detoxification, or drug detoxification, a person may even need to check into a detoxification center.

One of the ways to avoid toxic build-up is with proper diet. There is an old Chinese saying, “With right eating, no doctor is necessary. With wrong eating no doctor can cure.” So the keys to good health is in our hands.

If you’re feeling sluggish, or you think you’re always full and the food has settled in your stomach, undigested. If you think you’re fat and need to lose weight. And if you think that you’ve ingested more than the allowed preservatives and additives into your body and your liver’s starting to show symptoms of abuse, then it’s time for you to go on a Detoxification diet or juice fasting and detoxification.

Some times a combination of juice fasting and detoxification is the best way to go. Detox or detoxification is the process of neutralizing or eliminating toxins from the body. Detoxification plans may be in different forms and ways – from regular exercise to body scrubs and spa massages, to yoga and meditation. But the simplest and the most common perhaps is to go on a Detoxification diet.

A Detoxification diet is a program that minimizes the chemicals ingested into the body by going for organic food. It highlights food like vitamins and antioxidants that the body needs for detoxification. It also involves taking in of food that will aid in the elimination of toxins like high fiber food and water. It generally suggests a high intake of fresh vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts and lots of fluids, while cutting down on caffeine, alcohol, yeast and sugars.

When considering a liver detoxification, some times it is also good to think about a coloc cleansing. The liver sends the bile it creates to the gall bladder, which then passes the waste into the intestines and colon. This is the common problem area for most people today. The colon averages over six feet in length, so a lot of material can be in there at any given time. If the colon gets backed up, damaged, or isn’t working properly, that waste stagnates inside. If left untreated, the waste backed up in your colon can become hard and dry, and over time toxins will start leaking back into your bloodstream through the colon walls. This causes excess stress for your body and other major organs, because you’re essentially being poisoned from inside.
